A NON-REFUNDABLE payment is required to register for all courses.

COURSE RESCHEDULING

• Participants are allowed to reschedule ONE TIME up to 48 hours before the scheduled course date and time! 

• Participants are able to reschedule to another class only if there is availability. (Availability is not promised.)

• Rescheduling may be done via email cpr@sheehnaslifesavers.com

• Late arrivals are not permitted and will have to book another course, as we start promptly. (Please arrive on time)

• Sheehna’s Life Savers reserves the right to cancel a class due to weather conditions, low enrollment, or any uncontrollable circumstances. We will make an effort to provide another date for students to choose from should this occur.

• Participants are required to complete the online training BEFORE the in-person skill-based class. Participants must provide proof of completion upon arrival.

• All communication has to be done via email. Since we teach courses, we might not be able to reply to emails immediately, but they will be answered within 24 hours.

• If participants arrive to class without completing the online course, they will not be able to attend class that day. And will have to book another class.
